This is my favorite time of year to take pictures. The sun seems so thick, the skies a little bluer, and the fall colors blend seamlessly. I think I'll go on a photo walk tomorrow. Thanks for the inspiration!!!

Quiconque... I use a Canon Powershot A70 digital camera (early, early photos were taken with my trust old Minolta 35mm, but I've since abandoned it pretty much for the ease of the digicam.) The camera handles colour really well, butSsometimes I play with the contrast and the saturation levels in Photoshop or in the regular iPhoto software. And the colour may appear more saturated depending on how your monitor is calibrated. But these photos (the berries and sky) are untouched. I just cropped them a bit and arranged the trio. I tend to be attracted to vivid colour and so that's what I watch for when I'm roaming around. And Hanne... oh, you are so welcome! Your photos are divine! And darling everyone else... damn! You make me feel soooooo good! I heart you all!
