y'know, i berated myself for the first 4 days of my spring break (just passed) for not getting anything done. I couldn't seem to do anything but lie around and stare at the walls and I had Such A List of things to do! Well, who'da predicted that around day 5, I suddenly got all this energy and focus! I took up my bed and started, out of nowhere, working on projects. It just took 4 days to work the gunk out of my system and then I was fine! Made a bunch of new books and projects... I dunno. Maybe the same thing is happening to you? If so, you're lucky. Getting the gunk out really brought on a flood of good in my life.

You have exactly captured it! Especially the mind whirring with so many projects only to end up on the couch. God-- my life in a nutshell (emphasis on the nut part). Listing everything out helps me alot, too. Even if I don't do anything on the list at least it's all out on paper and out of my head spinning wildly around and wearing me out.

Totally agree with bluepoppy....get it out of the head..only sometimes it doesn't work and then the circles just keep going ; )
