ohmeohmy...i could have written that exact post everyday since christmas...i have never been "expertly jodged" but i'm sure i have sad...and if i could sleep from january first till march first i think i would..funny thing is when i was little i loved winter...hmm...responsibility happened and snow angels are few these days of growing up...oh well..i find that getting outside for atl east an hour every day helps a little! xo

Awr. Poor little bear. You need a pair of sunglasses with yellow or orange lenses. you'll be amazed. No need to spend alot, just stop by a discount store or tween fashion place, they gotta have some! And maybe it is time for more tulips... or force some bulbs? They last longer. Chin up!

It's all about making a point of getting up at absurdly early times every morning to maximize the amount of sunlight you get. Be sure to walk outdoors frequently for a better effect. SAD is mostly thyroid-based, and its functioning is somewhat affected by the Sun.
