Birthday Bubble

Posted below is a picture from my first birthday. See the word bubble? Notice that it's empty. Notice that I'm the darling thang the empty word bubble is pointing to. Notice my dress. Admire it in all it's green splendor. I certainly do.

Now here's what i want from you for my birthday. Think up something clever for me to place in the word bubble. I tried and tried, but nothing brillant came to mind. I think there's potential there though... note my busty, headless aunt in the background. And the weird cheese toy. And the hand-eating boy behind me.
