Yes, but have you ever drawn a nude midget? I'll be your naked clinical experiment, Wee. I'll let you draw me.

Great post! And you went to HS in Denver? Where?? That's where I'm at now.

oh my god, what a great suggestion! of course, now that i think about it, there's already a LOT of nudity in our add-a-parts. just not necessarily anatomically correct nudity. or properly foreshortened. or realistic in any way, really. yeah, we could use those classes.

Just popped in....your story-telling art, alone, makes me sigh happiness. Good luck to you on finding a life drawing class. :)

oh wee, you are so absolutely right about the non-sexual nature of drawing nudes. and oh, what a lovely tale you tell!

When my sisters and me were little, we weren't allowed to say "nude" or "naked." Pretty repressed, huh? So we would make our baby sister Meggie say it for us. She was a toddler and couldn't pronounce "S." So we'd say, hey Meggie! Say "Snood" and she'd say, "NUDE!" and we'd say, hey Meggie! Say "Snake-ed!" and she'd say, "NAKED!" So are you snood or are you snake-ed?
