Someone please tell my sweet furry grrr-animal that it is not safe to go outside right now, not with the breath snatching wind gusting over 100 kilometers an hour and tree limbs crashing everywhere and also, that no amount of sad puppy eyes and inching up the back of my sweater to place her shockingly cold and wet nose on my spine is going to convince me otherwise. Please? 'Cuz I've told her like twelve times so far this morning and I don't think she's getting the message.

Plus, I think I'm getting a cold. Boo hiss.
