Hello starshines! Just a quick little update to share some things of utmost importance.

First and Foremost, it is the wolf's B-day today! Pip pip! She is four. We threw sticks with passion and vigor for the brief time that the sun appeared today, let her finish off our popsicles and had family naptime (her favourite kind of nap). Oh, and she got a bath. We're outta dog shampoo so she got a nice sudsing of Herbal Essence and a posh conditioning treatment with my very expensive salon stuff. She didn't enjoy the actual bathing event much, but she loved the post-shampoo cavort around the backyard, showering us at every given opportunity until we were as wet as she was. Now she's all soft and silky and smells most loverly.

And secondly... you've probably noticed by now... I've changed my template for august. actually, i'm hoping it lasts me longer as i have much work to do in the next few months! It's almost done. I want to add a portfolio page some time soon and also write an actual "about" page. But later, gators.

Three things to note about the new topper up there: 1) yes, I've reverted back to blonde. The red was all faded and sunbleached and so it made sense to get back to nature and just go with the golden thang. 2) My dog is not blue, just so you know. She is jet black and glossy as all get out after her backyard spa day. But colouring her all black just made her look too harsh and blobby. So she's blue... true blue. And 3) that yellow blob up there is suppose to be a slobbery tennis ball, just in case that's not obvious.

And last, some wisdom gleaned from a recent Simpson's episode: Sponge Bob is NOT a contraceptive.
