Hmmm... Princess Miranda looks suspiciously like her creator.... :O) I've been thinking about you lately (maybe it's kept you awake at night, the thought-vibes emanating from Out West)... especially when I take daily note of the increasing flock of sculpey seahorses my daughter's been obsessed with creating. Then she's recently expanded to hot pink pegasi and purple-spotted giraffes... and well, of course these things remind me of you. And I still owe you e-mail. Maybe while I listen to my iPod loaded with Andy Kim songs this morning I will finally get on that. xo

Now, THAT was a lovely little bonus surprise to find, you sneaky Wee, you. A delightful princess, indeed. She looks like she might be related; is that up-turned nose twinkling for pixie dust?

O! I have ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS loved your Scraps! Can I have some more please?

I have been lurking around the edges of your blog for months, waiting to spring out & tell you - I LOVE YOUR WORK! & your pics of your doggity, & your writing...& I think that's all I've been lurking around waiting to say...except, did you somehow get hold my daughter's dance class photo from when she was 8, because your illo looks uncannily like her at that age :>) Hope you get some rest soon (as a fellow insomniac, you have my empathy)

This is simply gorgeous. Oh, how I wish, wish, wish that I had even a 10th of your talent! And Miranda is one of my alltime favorite names. Sorry about the sleeping thing. Nothing is more miserable than that.

Doesn't the entire universe sing to you when you have an art related breakthrough?

P.S. You're kinda scrappy yourself!

I too like the princess, and have only this to add: 1. Nice use of the word "sussed," and 2. I don't see why a Seven Country Citizen of your caliber could not also be called a Seven Nation Army.

Oh, I do love pink princesses! Almost as much as I love Wee posting regularly! ;)
