You are not crazy. I'm currently taking a photoshop class because it is required, and even with years of experience I have had a few of those EUREKA! moments over some of the smallest obscure things. :)

sorry Breana... I have a personal policy of not showing commissioned illustrations until the client has seen them... I might bend and give you a sneak peek, a little smackeraling, a bit later though. If you're very, very good! And Amber... I've been using Photoshop for years, but upgraded just recently (by about 900 versions) and so the tools are a bit different... and much more spectacular. So many more bells and whistles! very very cool.

Can't wait to see the tiger cub. Couldn't you have at least left us with a sheddy pic of Finnypoo to ease the pain of waiting?

wee - 2005-04-07 08:46:31

Now you're suppose to cackle maniacally like Sesame Street's the Count and little muppet bats will zoom around me.

Okay. That's just annoying. Why you gotta be like that, diaryland, with the doubleposting? That takes away the funny. *grump*

I want to see the tiger fur, too! :)

Oh, Wee. The kitties are totally shedrific too. It's back to daily brushing and whatnot. This presents only a minor problem in that Victoria will only permit me to brush her right side. She doesn't like the left for some reason unknown to me and to other kitties and possibly to Jesus also. She lays on the left and squirms joyfully while I brush her right, but the claws come out when I try to flip her. I do not suffer similar problems with Albert. For this I thank my lucky stars.

Your very tone always makes me twitteringly happy, with little birdies n' shit flitterating about my noggin. Yay for you, finding an appropriate tool (not Jack) to make your work easier! And yay for Finny's shedathon '05! I say you plumb the depths of the vacuum and knit something outta that. Or make, like, that weird flowery hair art pinned on plaques of yore. xo

Now, whilst Max and Finny J share the same tendency for the shedding of the clumps of fur the size of the Orion nebula, the general ham-tongueness and the stealing of our hearts, they do differ in their reaction to the vacuum cleaner. I actually have to NUDGE Max with the vacuum cleaner ITSELF to get him to move out of the way :~)

violetismycolor - 2005-04-10 23:48:51
My poor bone-cancer-ridden dog is now also shedding copiously, but he can barely get up and walk; so the vacuum cleaner coming out is a horrific experience for all of us. Sadly, in the 2 weeks that we were on vacation, Barley's cancer-ball-knee more than doubled in size. This is going to be a long, hard spring...

Can't wait to see the most awesome tiger fur!
